Ten Year Guarantee

All WindowPlan conservatory, window and door installations are covered by our 10 year guarantee.

The guarantee covers material defects in profile materials, panels and glass units. In the unlikely event that a problem develops during the ten year period, WindowPlan will simply replace the affected product. We will do our best to match any previous installation, but due to availability of materials this may not be possible.

Hardware items including handles, locks, hinges and door furniture are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation, and longer where our supplier offers a longer guarantee term to us. Many now offer 24 month periods or longer.

Additionally, our customers have the option of an insurance backed guarantee, provided by the QANW Insurance scheme. This means that should WindowPlan cease to trade for any reason, any guarantee claim you may make will be covered.
