Windowplan operates in an environmentally conscious way, and we take as many steps as we can to reduce our carbon footprint. Here are just some of the things we do to help the environment:- All our waste materials - PVC, Aluminium, Steel and Glass - are recycled
- Waste timber is used in domestic energy generation
- Window frames and glass removed from our customers' homes are treated the same way
- Our headquarters building uses low-energy lighting (and energy-efficient double glazing, of course!)
- Office waste paper is all recycled
- We operate locally, unlike national companies who will send tradesmen hundreds of miles to work
- All our PVC window and door products are lead free
